Upon booking a ticket you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

The Event Organiser (“Suncebeat New Horizons”) reserves the right to add to or amend these Terms from time to time. Amendments will take effect when posted on the Suncebeat New Horizons website . Please check the FAQ’s section regularly for changes and to ensure you have up to date information as these are binding on you. If you purchase a ticket after any amendment to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated version of these Terms.

Tickets are sold through various official ticket agents, namely SHOTGUN, Eventbrite, Festicket, Skiddle, Liveit, Fatsoma, Love Music Travel, who act on behalf of the Organisers and Promoters of the event.

In the event you purchase tickets payable on monthly payment plans, should you miss any of your monthly payments it will result in the cancellation of your ticket with no refund.

The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission.

In the event tickets are rolled over to another year or event for any reason these would be non transferable or exchangeable.

Only valid tickets will be accepted on presentation at the event. Valid photographic ID must be shown when presenting your ticket.

Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. The Organisers will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of other patrons or third parties or force majeure

Refund Policy: Bearer’s Ticket is not redeemable for cash. Once Venue gates open, the Event, on that particular date, shall be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety and not subject to any refunds. Upon Event cancellation by The Event Organiser, Event Organiser may, in its sole and absolute discretion, elect to either issue a full or partial refund to Purchaser, not issue any refunds, or reschedule the Event. Upon the cancellation of the entire Event, including, but not limited to events not within Event Organiser’s control, governmental acts, acts of God, riots, production delays, strikes, natural disasters, communicable diseases, inclement weather (regardless of severity), or inaccessibility or unavailability of the Venue, Event Organiser may, in its sole and absolute discretion elect to either, (a) issue Purchaser a full or partial refund, (b) postpone the Event for a future date and/or (c) offer Purchaser a comparable “make good.” Delayed Venue gate openings and/or Bearer’s inability to access any parts of the Venue or Event due to health and safety regulations, Event Organiser’s policy(ies), emergency and/or partial or complete Event or stage shutdown or evacuation, performance or Event delays and inclement weather shall not entitle Purchaser (or Bearer as holder of the ticket) to refunds or future credits. Under no circumstances shall Purchaser (or Bearer as holder of the ticket) be entitled to any type of refund or exchange due to weather or governmental acts. If the Event Organiser elects to issue a refund, which is in Event Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion, the Purchaser shall be refunded an amount up to the face value of the Ticket(s) only. If the Event organiser elects to reschedule the Event for a future date, Purchaser shall not be entitled to a refund. Under no circumstances shall Purchaser be entitled to a refund of any shipping, handling or other processing and service fees. At all times prior to the Event, Event Organiser reserves all rights to cancel or postpone the Event or to change the Venue, artist lineup, times and dates of the Event, or other Event details without prior notice to Purchaser or Bearer. Event Organiser shall not be responsible for any exchange rate losses to Purchaser during the order or refund process. 


Wristbands that are removed from the wrist, lost or have been tampered with will be deemed invalid and will not be replaced. If you do not have a valid wristband you will be refused admission to the site or may be removed from the site. Wristbands issued by Suncebeat New Horizons must remain attached until the end of the festival.

As a condition of sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed and recorded for television, radio, webcast and other public broadcast and/or for any video/DVD or by onsite CCTV cameras and recordings for security purposes.

AGE POLICY - We welcome people of all ages to the main festival site, however all Boat Parties any children must be accompanied by an adult with valid event & boat party tickets and evening events at Magic Yard nightclub are for over-18s only. A responsible adult MUST accompany any person who is under the age of 16 at the main festival site.  Identification will be required and under-18s will be refused entry without an adult. Children are welcome at the main festival site. Under 16’s go free, everyone aged 16 years or older must have a ticket.


   1. Suncebeat New Horizons is committed to providing a welcoming, open-minded and safe environment for everyone.  All guests should be able to enjoy the event within an atmosphere of respect and tolerance.

  2.Each and every guest should feel welcome to participate in the event free of any type of threat, intimidation, harassment or unwanted advances.  Therefore we reserve the right to take action that we deem appropriate if anyone engages in inappropriate / threatening behaviour or harassment (including expulsion from the event).

  3.We take all feedback seriously.  If you witness any type of intimidation, harassment or if you are made to feel uncomfortable by someone else’s behaviour, please inform our festival staff.



For the safety of our customers and staff, security will be conducting stringent searches at the gate.

Anyone found to be carrying illicit items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the festival and handed over to the police where necessary.

Please do not attempt to bring any of the following items inside the event:

Fireworks, laser pens, or flares / Alcohol, illicit drugs, or legal highs including nitrous oxide / Animals (with the exception of guide dogs)/ Selfie sticks / Anything which could be considered an offensive weapon / No glass / Any form of seating other than wheelchairs is not allowed.


Illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the Festival. Any person found in possession of such substances will be denied entry and / or removed from the Festival, and Police will be called to attend.

OFF SITE ACCOMMODATION is booked through partner agencies or 3rd parties. Suncebeat New Horizons accepts no responsibility for accommodation booked through these vendors.


You must have a Suncebeat New Horizons ticket (4 Day pass, 1 day pass or long weekend pass for the specific day of the voyage) to attend a boat party.

Full names must be provided at point of purchase for every ticket.

In order to board your boat every ticket holder will need to produce photographic I.D in their name – as you will likely be handing your passport in to your accommodation we advise you bring a photocopy with you. NO I.D, NO boat party.

Suncebeat New Horizons accepts no responsibility if you do not make one or more of your boat parties due to the late running of others.

In the unlikely event that a boat party is cancelled or delayed for any reason boat party tickets are non refundable.


The artist and performer line-up and all billed attractions are subject to change at any time without notice. (this includes boat parties)

No scheduled acts or artists may be considered as headline acts, regardless of their relative fame, profile or prominence in the billing, and so cancellation by or of an act/artist will not entitle a refund, regardless of their position on the bill. 

Strictly no commercial activities or trading on site unless previously agreed by the Promoter.

Suncebeat New Horizons accepts no responsibility for goods or services purchased from third party traders.

All advertised times are approximate and subject to change. It is you as the ticket holders own responsibility to make appropriate arrangements to ensure that you arrive at the Venue. We will not be responsible to make any refund or meet the costs of any alternative travel arrangements or for any loss of enjoyment or other indirect loss as a result of an event not running to the precise advertised times.

The tented arenas and other areas of the event are designated No Smoking areas, this is in accordance with Smoke Free Regulations, Failure to comply with these regulations and event signage may result in ejection.

Warning: exposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing.

Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting and other special effects may take place during some performances.

The Name on the Ticket must match with the ID presented at the box office or entry could be refused. NAME CHANGES ARE NOT PERMITTED AFTER  1st MAY 2024 AT ALL (Name changes must be carried out by yourself by going into the booking or contacting the ticket company direct, if you wish us to make these changes on your behalf a fee will be charged)

Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation in relation to the Event which have been arranged by you are made at your own risk and neither the authorised ticket agent nor the Promoter will have any liability for any such loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure.

It is your own responsibility to check that the Event has not been cancelled, rescheduled or made the subject of any major alteration. Information on such matters will be made available on behalf of the Promoter as soon as reasonably practicable on the Promoter’s and/or Venue’s website and/or at the Venue. Customers are advised that the website cannot always be updated immediately and that circumstances giving rise to cancellation, postponement or major alterations can sometimes arise immediately prior to an Event.

Tickets are sold subject to the Promoter's right to alter or vary the published Event programme which may result in changes to the performance line-up, playing times or any other aspect of the Event. The Promoter reserves all rights in this regard. Any published start and finish times of a performance at the Event are estimates only and are subject to change. The Promoter shall not be liable for any change of a published start or finish time.

Covid & Pandemic Situations

In the event that restrictions are ongoing upto, during or after the event it is your responsibility to take care of any local regulations and obligations that may be in force at the time and adhered to in order to enter the event, please remember sometimes these could change quickly.  We will not be responsible in any way for extra costs that you may be burdened with as a consequence of this.
